By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and N'OVUM, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the purchase of products or services.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made with N'OVUM.
