Shipping policy

The Seller arranges for the delivery of Products to the Customer through trusted couriers from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

For shipments within Italy, delivery takes 1-2 business days after the order has been shipped (for certain regions and remote areas, an additional 2 business days may be required). For shipments to all other countries, delivery takes 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped (standard shipping) or 1-2 business days (express shipping).

For the shipment of Custom Products, including orders requesting engraving and/or bracelet resizing, delivery times may take up to 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

The aforementioned delivery times are purely indicative and may vary, with longer waiting times during holidays and sales periods.

Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times, in accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, shall not exceed 30 days from the day following the transmission of the Purchase Order to the Seller, unless the Seller notifies the Customer—within the same period or by the agreed latest delivery date, including via email—of the temporary impossibility of delivery. In such cases, the Seller will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer for the supply.

Products may be delivered at different times in the event that the Customer purchases Products from different product categories in a single Purchase Order.

If the Customer's details are incomplete or incorrect (to the extent that they prevent delivery of the Products), the Seller will contact the Customer using the provided contact information before processing the order.

Upon shipment, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email, including the "tracking number," allowing them to monitor the delivery status on the courier's website.

The Products will be delivered to the address specified in the Purchase Order exclusively in the presence of the Customer or an authorized representative of legal age, who must sign the delivery documents.

Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes.

Upon delivery of the Products by the courier, the Customer or their authorized representative must check that:

  1. The number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document (DDT);
  2. The packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or in the provided details, must be immediately reported in writing by the Customer or their representative on the transport document in the designated space. In such cases, the Customer or their representative must refuse the damaged goods without opening the package, and the Seller, upon receiving the returned damaged package, will arrange for a new shipment of the ordered Product. In any case, the Customer's right of withdrawal, as outlined in the following paragraph titled "Right of Withdrawal," remains unaffected.

Once the transport document has been signed without any objections or claims from the Customer or their representative, the Customer may not dispute the external characteristics of the delivered package.

If the Customer refuses the package containing the Products, this will be considered as a withdrawal from the online sales contract pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code. In such cases, the Seller will be entitled to deduct the return shipping costs from the refund due to the Customer. The refund, thus determined, will be credited using the payment method chosen by the Customer in the Purchase Order promptly and, in any case, within a maximum of 15 days from the return of the package.
